Dr Richard Odindo

Educationist with a successful career spanning over 15 years with work experience that includes the Government, international and local NGOs/CBOs and UN agencies. A country experience that includes 12 African countries, working in multi-cultural, multiracial settings and proficiency in two international languages (English and Kiswahili). Has experience in the use of field reports, qualitative observations, quantitative data and discussion with community, analysis of community needs, assets, problem diagnosis, knowledge and experience. Experience in the use of the foregoing activities to building a better understanding of the context and situation and developing project priorities in relation to financial resources, planning processes, materials/equipment’s and people/partners.

Has skills in designing and using evaluation tools that determine the extent to which planned project/program activities are delivered and participants/beneficiaries being reached as intended; determination of the reactions of the participants/beneficiaries, the extent to which the desired changes are occurring and what seems to work or not work.
