Responsible for all human resources responsibilities and office-wide operations. Implement and manage all HR policies and procedures, compensation and benefits programs, regulatory compliance, recruiting, training, orientation, staff development, succession planning, and performance management. experienced HR consultant and recruiter, specializing in small to mid-sized nonprofits and other organizations. Services include the following:

– Draft/Update HR policies, including employee handbooks, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and safety/security protocols to ensure legal compliance.
– Review/Recommend employee benefits programs, performance appraisal procedures, and compensation practices that attract talent and maintain a productive workforce.
– Counsel/Train managers in employee development/succession planning, retention, and performance improvement for improved efficiency.
– Implement recruiting strategies that identify and attract high-quality candidates.
